VSP841 / VSP842 – Passive Vacuum Sensor
Absolute Pressure 1000…100 mbar to 1 x 10-3 mbar, 750…75 Torr to 1 x 10-3 Torr
The VSP841 and VSP842 Pirani half bridges measure absolute pressure in the fine vacuum range. The robust heat conduction sensor is compact, pre-adjusted and temperature compensated.
It is suitable for controlled and passive bridge circuits and as sensor for monitoring of vacuum isolations, readout of measurements with VD84.
